The tour takes you to the world famous tiger reserves & national parks of India. Enjoy the Tiger tracking in India’s finest reserves in Central India, the historic Bandhavgarh fort, Pench National Park, Panna National Park and the rich meadows of Kanha.

You will have an excellent opportunity to see and photograph other Indian mega mammals like Leopard, Sloth Bear, Indian Wild Dog, Gaur and Hard-ground Barashingha.

Itinerary Details
Day - 1     Arrival in Delhi, India

Distant India Journeys representatives will receive you on arrival at the international airport in Delhi. Transfer to your hotel. Relax. DELHI, the capital of kingdoms and empires is now a sprawling metropolis with a fascinating blend of the past and the present. It is a perfect introduction to the composite culture of an ancient land.  A window to the kaleidoscope - that is India.

Overnight will be at Delhi.

Day - 2     Delhi – Khajuraho by flight

After breakfast, transfer to the airport to board the flight for Khajuraho. On arrival in Khajuraho, you will be transferred to your hotel. Check in at the hotel and relax.

After lunch proceed for an excursion to the Western & eastern group of temples. Overnight will be in Khajuraho.

Day - 3     Khajuraho – Panna by surface

After breakfast proceed to Panna National Park. Upon arrival transfer to the wildlife resort for check in and relax.

In the afternoon, proceed for a Jeep safari to the national park for game viewing. Overnight will be at Resort in Panna.

Day - 4     Panna

Today is reserved for morning and afternoon jeep safari to the national park for game viewing. Optionally one can also enjoy Elephant ride and Boat ride in Panna. Overnight will be at Resort in Panna.

Day - 5     Panna- Bandhavgarh by surface

After breakfast, visit Pandav Fall surrounded by dense forest. Later drive to Bandhavgarh. Upon arrival check into the wildlife resort and relax. Overnight will be at Resort in Bandhavgarh

Day - 6     Bandhavgarh

Today is reserved for Morning & afternoon jungle safari to the national park for game viewing. Overnight will be at Resort in Bandhavgarh.

Day - 7     Bandhavgarh

Today is reserved for Morning & afternoon jungle safari to the national park for game viewing. Overnight will be at Resort in Bandhavgarh.

Day - 8     Bandhavgarh

Today is reserved for Morning jungle safari to the national park for game viewing. After lunch we will explore Bandhavgarh to fort, date back 2000 years. Overnight will be at Resort in Bandhavgarh.

Day - 9     Bandhavgarh – Kanha by surface

Today we will leave for Kanha National Park, upon arrival check into the wildlife resort. In the evening we will go on nature walk & tribal village exploration. Overnight will be at Resort in Kanha.

Day - 10     Kanha National Park

Morning and afternoon enjoy its scheduled jungle safari for game viewing. Overnight will be at Resort in Kanha.
Spread over an area of 940 Sq km, Kanha National Park is stretches in Mandla and Balaghat district of Madhya Pradesh. The Lush Sal tree and Bamboo tree forest, with green grassy fields and Riverine are is home to a number of predators like Bengal Tiger, leopards, Wild dog, fox, hyena, jungle cat, civets & sloth bear etc. The popular herbivores of Kanha are Indian Gaur, spotted dear, Sambhar, barking dear, mouse dear, Nilgai & the most prominent hard ground Barashingha, this is the only sub-species of swam dear found in India.

Day - 11     Kanha National Park

Today is reserved for Morning & afternoon jungle safari to the national park for game viewing. Overnight will be at Resort in Kanha.
 

Day - 12     Kanha – Pench National Park

After breakfast drive to Pench National Park. Upon arrival check into the wildlife resort and relax. After lunch we will go on Jungle exploration to the Pench National Park on a jeep. Overnight will be in Resort at Pench.

Named after Pench River which flow through the reserve, Pench National Park situated within the southern part of Satpura hills. Spread over an area of 758 Sq km, the Pench national park is comprises within two states of the country, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra.

Day - 13     Pench National Park

Today is reserved for Morning jungle safari and in the afternoon enjoy its scheduled jungle safari for game viewing. Overnight will be in Resort at Pench.

Day - 14     Pench - Nagpur by surface and take a flight to Delhi

After breakfast transfer to the Nagpur airport to board the flight for Delhi. Upon arrival meet with our representative and transfer to the city hotel for overnight stay and relax.

Day - 15     Delhi – Departure

Start a half day sightseeing of Delhi at 0800hrs

A sightseeing tour of Old Delhi would entail visiting the Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India and the drive past to Red Fort - once the most opulent fort and palace of the Mughal Empire.

A sightseeing tour of New Delhi would include a visit to the Qutub Minar, a drive along the ceremonial avenue - Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House, the President’s Residence, and a drive through the Diplomatic Enclave.

Later transfer to the International airport for onward connection.
