Enjoy the cycle rickshaw ride from Jama Masjid to Chandni Chowk.
New Delhi - An extensive sightseeing tour of New Delhi would include a visit to the Humayun’s Tomb, the Qutub Minar, a drive along the ceremonial avenue - Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House, the President’s Residence, Lotus Temple and would end with a drive through the Diplomatic Enclave.

After breakfast drive to Rishikesh via Haridwar. On arrival in Rishikesh, check in at the Ashram and relax. Rishikesh is a holy city of India, the hatha yoga capital of the world, a totally vegetarian town.
Rest of the day is to see and feel the Ashram life.

Attend the early morning yoga class followed by relaxation of body and mind. After a bit relaxation one can learn about breath awareness exercise and stretching exercise.
Before breakfast the Ayurveda Acharya (teacher) will check your body capacity and explain you different Doshas (weakness) and details of prevention, maintenance and the improvement of one’s health and overall sense of well being.
Afternoon visit the Triveni Ghats for exclusive Ganga Aarti, dedicated to Goddesses Ganga.
In the evening attend the yoga and traditional meditation class.

After breakfast visit the ancient Bharat Mandir and Rishi Kund Temple in Rishikesh. In the evening attend the yoga and traditional meditation class.

Today we'll get training for Pranayam (A Yogic breathing exercise), Dynamic yoga & Advance yoga postures. After Yoga you will start your Panchakarma treatment. In the evening learn about meditation and curative yoga.

After breakfast proceed for a trip to Devprayag, one of the five most important confluences of Garhwal Himalayas. Arrive and explore the area. Also visit 10th century old temple of Raghunath ji.

After breakfast drive to Haridwar, which is hardly 25 kms from Rishikesh and Takes about 30 minute drive.
Visit Mansa Devi Temple: The temple of Goddess Mansa Devi is situated at the top of Bilwa Parvat. Mansa means desire and it has been observed that the devotees who visit this temple with the genuine wishes gets their wishes fulfilled, Chandi Devi Temple, this temple is at the top of Neel Parvat on the other bank of river Ganges, was built in 1929 AD. The story goes that Chanda-Munda; the army chief of the Demons Shumbh-Nishumbh was killed by Goddess Chandi hence, the name Chandi Devi.
And Har-Ki-Pauri : (the footstep of God) Ghat, also known as the Brahmakund, is one of the most sacred pilgrim places.
Later continue drive to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, check into your hotel and relax.
