Arrive at Delhi International Airport, where a Distant India Journeys representative will welcome you and assist with your arrival.

Wildlife sightings are entirely natural and sightings of tigers or any particular species cannot be guaranteed
Safari permits are limited and advance booking is strongly recommended
Safari zones and vehicle allocations are controlled by the respective park authorities and remain subject to availability
Park operating dates, weekly closures and safari regulations must be considered when finalizing travel dates
Bharatpur’s birdlife changes with the seasons, with winter generally bringing a greater variety of migratory species
Morning safaris can be cool during the winter months while daytime temperatures may be considerably warmer
Neutral-coloured comfortable clothing and suitable footwear are recommended for wildlife excursions
Binoculars are particularly useful for Bharatpur and are recommended throughout the wildlife journey
Additional safari drives can be incorporated subject to permit availability
The final itinerary will be planned around confirmed safari permits, park operations and local conditions
